Her Doctors certificate is a fake, as she is not a Fully Qualified Optometrist.
She did not complete her course, and still has 5 subjects to be completed, and she has been told this by a professor at the Philippine Optometrist Board in Manila in 2005 and also told by them that she is not allowed to practice. Does the Directors of the Board know that you are still practicing. Maybe they should.

Now Jessica has a big medical problem, which she refuses to have looked at, as she does know about it, and that is very high blood pressure. She uses this to her big advantage.
You get into an argument with her and her blood pressure goes through the roof and she blacks out, and hits the ground.
When she wakes up she will accuse you of assaulting her, and she will report you to authorities. Now here again, she is the local and you are not, so you will not be believed, and they will side with her.
She will also invite friends to the house after an argument, including an attorney, and accuse you of everything she can think of, including assaulting you because you gave her several light slaps on here checks when you could see her about to pass out, as a means of stopping her from fainting, which is a know medical method of stopping a person from fainting, and they leave believing her fully. Once she collapsed, and before a medical doctor, ("hello Doctor Lynn" and staff), could get a blood pressure pad on her arm, she recovered, as these spells do not last long, and when she realised what was happening, she ripped it off and refused the doctor permission to take her blood pressure. She new the test would blow her cover. She has been getting away with this for years now, and long before I meet her. Just ask her sisters, brothers and mother.

Like her blood pressure attacks, it crumpled within a few months, and the loyal staff that she had started leaving within days.
